Image Property Services Incorporated (“IMAGE”, “we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. We handle personal information in line with Alberta’s Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) and, where it applies, the federal Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

What we collect

When you request a quote, we collect the information you choose to give us:

• your email address and phone number
• the type of business or facility you have
• anything you add in the optional details box

If you email or call us, we keep the information you share in that conversation. Our website host also records standard technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request. This is used to deliver and protect the site.

We don’t use advertising or analytics tracking on this website, and we don’t use cookies to follow you around the web.

How we use it

We use your information only to:

• respond to your request and contact you about it
• arrange a walkthrough of your facility and prepare a quote
• provide our services if you become a client

We don’t add you to a mailing list, send newsletters, or sell, rent or share your information for marketing.

Who we share it with

We share your information only with service providers that help us run this website and receive your request, and only as far as they need it to do that:

• Web3Forms, which delivers quote requests from the website to our inbox
• Vercel, which hosts this website
• Google, which provides our email

These providers may store or process information outside Canada, including in the United States, where it may be accessible to authorities under local law. For more about how we use service providers outside Canada, contact us using the details below. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

If you don’t become a client, we keep your quote request for up to two years and then delete it. If you become a client, we keep your information for as long as we provide services to you and as long afterwards as we need to for legal, accounting or tax purposes.

How we protect it

This website uses an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and we limit access to quote requests to the people at IMAGE who need them to respond to you. No method of sending or storing information online is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you share with us.

Your choices and rights

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, unless we’re required to keep it. You can also withdraw your consent to our use of it, though we may then be unable to provide a quote or services. To make a request, contact us using the details below.

If you have a concern about how we’ve handled your information, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it. You also have the right to complain to the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner of Alberta.
