About IMAGE
28 years. One Calgary team. A premium standard that’s never slipped.
Our story
Built one building at a time.
IMAGE started in 1998 with two people: Jonathan and Claire McCarroll, cleaning nightclubs and a handful of restaurants after hours.
As the work grew, so did the team, and Jonathan went door to door across Calgary to win new clients. The quality did the rest. For 28 years, word of mouth has been our biggest source of new business, and Jonathan and Claire still own the company today.
We’re now 30+ trained staff with a dedicated supervisor on every contract, cleaning some of Calgary’s best-known dealerships, warehouses, offices and clinics. Some clients have been with us for well over a decade, because our crews stay too.
A story we like to tell
Trust Is Built When No One Is Watching.
A few years ago, a client left a $100 bill in an office where our team was cleaning, just to see what would happen.
The next morning, the client called our owner, Jonathan, and told him the money was missing.
Jonathan didn’t jump to conclusions. He simply called the cleaning crew and asked if they’d seen it.
Their response?
“Of course, boss. We found it and put it safely under the keyboard.”
They hadn’t taken it. They’d simply moved it somewhere safe so it wouldn’t get lost.
That’s the kind of honesty you can count on. And that’s the team that shows up in your building every night.
What we stand for
Three things we don’t compromise on.
- 01
Reliability
We show up, every time, as scheduled. A dedicated supervisor on every contract makes sure of it.
- 02
Quality
One consistently high standard, not “good enough.” Documented, trained and checked by our inspectors.
- 03
Relationship
We walk your building in person and get to know the people in it. Every contract is a relationship, not a transaction.
